Twitter analytics

Hey peeps, we're getting some great success with Twitter & engagement with our targetted audience and turning in to signups. But the analytics are very one dimensional. Are there any other companies offering better analytics? For instance, I can see a spike on most of the graphs and I would like to dig deeper.
