The Twitter BIO can't be underestimated.
I am by far no Twitter expert but I think a good BIO should clearly explain your main interest and what can I expect to see in my newsfeed from you, if I decide to follow you.

The text in your bio is very clear, I know what you do and it doesn’t feel like your selling to much. But your hero image is slightly unprofessional looking relative to your photo. I suggest a more abstract code sample that looks more visually pleasing. I’d be happy to help create one if you’d like.

Thanks. How would u improve the hero image? Is a test execution from one of the test files in my blockchain eBook. Maybe that's not very clear?
I like your as well. The emphasis on clean, testable code paints me a clear picture about you.
You could try generating it with Carbon. That way you have more control over the width and such.
