Two firsthand problems

Sharing these firsthand problems I've stumbled upon. Maybe someone here would feel passionate about these to pursue.

1. Pet friendly stays where pet can stay in the room without the owner. You'd be surprised how many airbnb and hotels/motels have this rule which makes experiencing things hard at times. Being able to filter by this criteria will make a big difference to me.

2. Renting a 4wd/awd with mud and snow tires.
   Most of the rental car companies do not have this as a category and provide awd as on first-come-first-served basis at the desk without ability to make a reservation upfront. Makes it tricky to plan a mountain trip.
   Turo is pretty much the only service which has this filter.
