Two Months of InstantRoom

I wanted to share an update on my side project, InstantRoom, two months after its launch. InstantRoom is a tool that allows users to visualize different interior design styles in their own spaces by simply uploading photos of their rooms.

So far, over 300 users have registered, and 15 have become paying customers. While it's a modest start, I'm encouraged by the interest and feedback from the community.

As a solo founder working full-time as a developer, I realized I can't invest heavily in paid advertising. Instead, I've started focusing on building a blog to drive organic traffic through SEO. My goal is to attract users by providing valuable content related to interior design and home renovation.

I'm continuously testing the platform, collecting feedback, and making improvements. This includes refining the prompts that generate visualizations to enhance the user experience.

It's been a challenging but rewarding journey balancing development, marketing, and customer support. I'm passionate about InstantRoom because I believe in its potential to simplify the interior design process for others, just as I wished for when I was decorating my own apartment.

I'd love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or any advice on growing a side project organically. If you're interested in checking out InstantRoom or have any suggestions, feel free to reach out!

Thanks for reading!
