My buddy Cole and I are both engineers, and about a year and a half ago we started building Soundcheckd. It’s a social platform for tracking concerts you've attended, rating and reviewing them, and then following and engaging with your friends' concert activity.
We shipped it to the App Store in January. Since then it's mostly been friends and family using it and we've been iterating based on what they tell us. We're at the point where we want to start pressure-testing it with people outside our immediate circle to hopefully gain a new perspective on user experience and feedback.
If you're into live music at all, we’d love for you to poke around and tell us what's confusing, what's missing, or what you'd actually pay for versus what's just nice-to-have. Literally any feedback is appreciated! We work on this on the side, so changes may ship overnight, but I promise we keep our JIRA board up to date and will try to tackle feedback as best we can :)
Also, we’re more than happy to discuss the tech stack, whether that’s answering questions or taking recommendations. Neither of us specialize in iOS but definitely have learned a lot.
