Two partners (tech/business) looking for a third tech partner for an IoT project

Hey! Quick introduction - I am a full-stack engineer, loving JavaScript. I do Node.js, React for the web and mobile, Serverless Framework and Docker. Big fan of Amazon Web Services. I am also trained in electronics engineering and here comes the IoT part of our project. I have a best-selling course on Udemy, on the subject of back-end development with Node.js

My partner is strong in finance, business and data analytics. Our project is under development, while the business side of things is on-going full-force. We're in contact with potential customers and are seeking market validation, which isn't going too bad.

We are looking for a third partner to join us and help us take off. We feel like we'd like to speed up development and having an extra hand can be helpful. Our ideal partner will have experience working with React and React Native, although expansion to the back-end and dev-ops side of things is more than welcome!
