Two regulatory clearances and a build update.

FERPA and COPPA are not blockers for Skoolit.

These are the two federal laws most relevant to children's data and school information. We've now confirmed — with outside legal review — that Skoolit's model operates at the parent level, not the student level. We're reading parent-addressed emails in a parent's inbox, with the parent's explicit consent. That positioning keeps us well outside the compliance territory that makes other edtech products slow and expensive to build.

This matters because a lot of founders in our space get spooked by these laws and build around them in ways that compromise the experience. We don't have to.

On the build side: we're now projecting a testable product in users' hands around July 4th. Not the full product — but something real enough to generate feedback. That's earlier than some of our contingency planning assumed.

Andrew's output continues to compound. The codebase at week three is already larger and more complete than we expected at this stage. When you have the right engineer moving fast, you see it in the numbers.
