Shipped a lot since the pricing post: fixed a genuine email verification bug that would have silently blocked every new signup, rebuilt the whole landing page into proper separate pages (Pricing, Features, Demo, Contact — all real URLs now, not just scroll anchors), cleaned up months of encoding bugs across the entire codebase, and had a real call with an agency operations advisor who gave me the sharpest feedback yet: "I can't recommend an untested product. Show me agencies actually using it, and I'll reconsider."
Fair. So that became the actual job.

Since then: sent 15+ personalized outreach messages to UK agency founders — researched each one properly, referenced real recent wins, no templates. Ten people have replied. Zero have said yes to actually trying it yet.
Still zero paying customers. Still zero real usage.
What I've learned: getting someone to READ about your product is easy. Getting someone to spend 30 minutes actually using it, with their real client data, is a completely different problem — and I don't think more outreach volume alone solves it.
If you've cracked this — turning "interesting, thanks for sharing" into "yes, let's try it" — genuinely want to hear how. And if you run a UK agency and want to be the first real test case, that offer's still open.
