U.S. Tax form for App upload into Apple App store

I can't find anything online. Many of you created apps, so you are my last hope. No pressure.

To my specific question. When I want to upload the app, I need to sign the Paid Agreement, because I want to monetize the app. The US Tax form gives me a headache because I don't know what to fill in to avoid double taxation. My business is based in France, so I don't have to pay taxes in the US.

I was wondering how you guys proceeded with this step because I can’t find anything online 😅
