UI/UX freelancers? (Preferably on the inexpensive side)

Is there a good site to hire UX freelancers for app reviews and recommendations? I want to get some good feedback for https://vidds.co, and preferably with some recommendations for improving it from someone with experience.

I've tried the free route - aka posting here to try to get some testers haha.

I've used fiverr before and the results were always a bit underwhelming, but I'm gonna use some credits I have to try it with UI/UX.

But it'd be cool to pay a bit of money to someone who can review the app for 30 minutes or so, find the weakest spots, and recommend improvements.

Has anyone had past experience with this with good results?

This is one of the reasons I built ConversionCrimes.com. You get feedback from 5 people from your market to try it and show you their first-time experience.

There is also roastmylandingpage.com who will give you pointers from an expert standpoint.

That looks like a pretty cool service! It looks like it's only for websites, and not web apps?

Vidds is a video creation service, and:

      • People need to spend a good 10-20m in the app in order for us to get a good idea of where they struggle, etc.
      • We're also looking for someone with UX/UI skills who can help us answer "how should we change the app to improve it?"

I got the impression your service isn't meant for our case, but I could be wrong.

It's for anything you can link to online. You can software test as long as we can provide access to the software to our testers (free sign up, code, login, or a secret entrance).

We can run tests as long as needed. Our product has a ton of flexibility but I've focused on the most popular options on our site to keep it simple.

Since our software with a service works for all websites, apps, software and is super flexible my challenge has been how to articulate that. The end result is we are working to niche our positioning down to start with e-commerce stores and expand from there. Although we have customers from software, agencies, affiliate, lead gen sites, FB funnels, etc.

For your question of "how should we change the app to improve it"

We have a team of experts (listed as 'expert insights' on our site) that for a higher fee will watch the videos and make a report of suggestions on what to change to improve any issues found in the test.
