After years of being a "loan slave" in corporate sales, I finally made the jump. I'm now in the thick of that chaotic and exciting transition to a solo entrepreneur, and I wanted to share the process before we go live.
The new venture is called Agentive Concepts. It was born from the frustration I saw every day in my old job. I watched established businesses get bogged down by what I call a "system problem" their leads were a chaotic mess of WhatsApp messages and email threads. Now, with the explosion in generative AI adoption, this problem is on steroids. Everyone has access to powerful tools, but they're creating more data chaos, not less.
Now comes the hard part: turning that concept into a clear message for the website. (crazy mode)
Even before launch, I'm already in the iteration loop.
I've shared the idea with a few early clients and in some Reddit threads, and the feedback is already forcing me to rethink the copy. It feels like I'm solving my own "system problem" in real-time – trying to turn all this early feedback (my own unstructured data)
