United Kingdom SaaS Consultant Wanted

Hello all!
My company has been offered an opportunity to partner with an existing entity in the UK to offer our SaaS services. But. we'd be the primary operators, and they would essentially be advanced affiliates. This means it is up to us to be the legal entity receiving the funds and executing on the deliverables.
Going into the UK is brand new, and I barely know where to begin. This partner is not in SaaS at all, but instead is in our end-user field, so they're not able to assist with this part.
So, I'm looking for someone who has successfully opened a UK SaaS from the US, or a UK SaaS founder familiar with foreign entity ownership and operations, to help us get all legal in the UK. This would be a paid consultation.
