Universal incentive layer for early SaaS

Facts/Background:
-40% of VC dollars are spent ads (FB & google mostly)
-No code is lowering barriers to compete (for every Zoom there's a long-tail of "clones" in YC and on Product Hunt for every job to be done)
-Onboarding is never truly frictionless - PLG & good design only go so far
-Value is shifting from middle men -> directly to users (creator economy & crypto)
-SaaS communities are quickly becoming big differentiators (Notion & Roam)

Problem: It's becoming harder and harder for the long-tail of startups to fight for new user attention & retention.

Solution : A universal incentive layer for early SaaS companies and SaaS users/customers.

Directly incentivize users/customers to:
-take actions in onboarding - get to the aha moment
-invite other users
-create reviews/promote on social
-create help guides, answer FAQs, translate pages
-provide feedback (surveys, interviews, bugs)

How it might work:
-SaaS co's exchange ex. 5-10% equity to participate with the universal incentive exchange
-users get points/tokens for doing the above
-all points/tokens have a fixed value, not traded on an open market
-companies are free to increase rewards/bid higher for someone's attention in their product
-users exchange points for gift cards, app credits, or cash

Thoughts/Feedback? Who wants to help me build it? :)
