Unlimited to-do for Webflow

We are very excited!

flooow

Hello Indie Hackers!

Inspired by productized services such as DesignJoy, FlowOut, among many others, we want to launch a similar proposal based solely on to-do for specific tasks.

We are a couple where my wife is a frontend sr with a lot of experience and I with my knowledge in Webflow and no-code solutions in general.

In summary:
1- Acquire a subscription for $999 per month.
2- Access a dashboard to add tasks to your to-do.
3- We solve all the tasks one at a time.

We want to provide this simple service to larger Development Agencies where they prefer to delegate these simple tasks to a team like ours.

This would save a lot of resources and improve delivery times.

Also to startups that have to make permanent changes to their marketing web pages, etc.

Do you think there is still room for these solutions?
Do you like our logo?
Would they pay $999 a month for this service?

All your suggestions and comments will be well received.

Thank you!

The best route would be to target conversion rate optimization (CRO) firms; however, you should also consider hiring a general front-end developer on a monthly retainer, as many CRO firms serve clients who also run websites on Wordpress. Alternatively, you could offer a Webflow + Wordpress package in addition to a Wordpress-only option.

WOW, great advice to focus on CRO Agencies. She hadn't thought of it.

It makes a lot of sense and is exactly the kind of tasks we want to solve (even though we have the ability to do many other things).

Yeah, I think it's a really good audience for you, if you are interesting, we can jump to the short call where I can share more insights with you and maybe we find a way how can collaborate! Let me know ;)

I would like to communicate by email first, so I can explain better how the project is coming.

can you send me an email? or write to georojas.gs@gmail.com

    Hey,

I think it is a fine idea, nothing to innovative, but one that stands the test of time –– people will always look to outsource. In cases like these I don't necessarily believe the market will ever be crowded, just put more effort into your branding and outreach.

Also though I don't doubt people will pay $999 for your service, I think you should price on per client basis – just slap a "contact us" on your pricing.

And lastly – yes I love the logo

Thanks for your advice, I'll think better about the price. I am going to think of a value for each website and add a superior plan to work with CRO/design agencies where you have multiple sites.
