    I believe web scraping is a great skill to have. Once you automate data collection you can build an API or a micro saas around it.

    Octoparse is one of the most underrated pieces of software out there... I discovered it a couple years ago and recommended it at least 50 times. If there's structured data out there, you can scrape it very easily.
