    Nice execution.

There are tons of individual tools out there, but the value here feels like aggregation + zero friction — no login, no install, just open and use.

Also the local processing angle is underrated, especially for sensitive data.

How are you thinking about differentiation long-term vs other “all-in-one tool” sites?

Genuinely curious about positioning. The space of all-in-one dev tool collections is pretty saturated, DevToys (now multi-platform),webutilityio, transformtools plus countless single-purpose utilities. What's the wedge that makes someone choose WebUtils over an existing favorite they already have bookmarked ?

Also worth flagging : the post is missing the URL itself (kinda critical for "Show IH"), your monetization model (if everything is free/local/no-ads, what's the revenue path ?), and any traction numbers.

For positioning, I'd argue most successful tool collections win by going DEEP in one category (e.g., transform tools nailed text/data converters specifically) rather than wide across everything. "Hundreds of utilities" can cut both ways : feature-rich for the user, but harder to surface in SEO vs a tool that ranks for "JSON to YAML converter" specifically.

What's your acquisition strategy ? Pure SEO via tool-specific landing pages, or something else ?

It is a huge hassle to hop between dozens of different websites just to format some code or convert a timestamp especially when you are worried about data privacy. Most developers hate the idea of pasting sensitive logs or keys into a random online tool that might be logging everything to a server. Since everything runs locally in the browser how do you manage the performance when a user tries to run a heavy batch text process or complex encryption?
