Update: Big features, hidden backend work, and a thank you to the IH community!

Hey Indie Hackers,It’s been a few weeks since my initial post, and I wanted to drop a quick update on where MyChoreCraft stands now.

First and foremost, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who provided feedback on my last post! Your insights have been incredibly helpful as I navigate my journey as a beginner developer, and I’m really looking forward to hearing more from you all. I’m excited to share what we’ve shipped since that last update.
-New Premium Features (Building out our Pro Tier):
-Race View: A brand-new way to visualize chore history and see who is leading the pack.
-Chore Battles: Turning mundane household tasks into friendly, gamified competition.
-Advanced Reporting: Deeper data insights to track household productivity over time.
-Custom Avatars: Giving families and kids a fun way to personalize their profiles.

-Invisible Backend & Marketing Upgrades: Beyond the user-facing app features, I've spent a lot of time tightening up our growth infrastructure:SEO & Content: Published our first set of cleaning guides and blog posts to begin capturing organic search traffic.
-Discount Code Engine: Built a custom backend system to generate, process, and track promotional codes for early adopters.

Try it Free + 2 Months of Pro for IH Members!
Because ChoreCraft is built fundamentally as a multi-user application, its real magic happens when you get your family, partner, or roommates into the dashboard to test it together. I want you to experience that core teamwork value completely risk-free first.
Here is how to unlock 2 months of our new Pro features: Head over to MyChoreCraft.com and sign up for a free account. Invite your family or household members and explore the free features. After you've added some chores and checked out the freee features, head to your Profile Page and enter the code INDIEINDEED to unlock 2 months of premium features for free. I am still completely hooked on this building journey and would love to get your thoughts. What do you think of gamifying chores via "Chore Battles"? If you have any feedback on the onboarding flow or the new features, please drop a comment below!

The mix of gamification, household collaboration, and a Pro tier makes the product direction interesting. Curious which of the new features families are actually using most.
