Revenue info and some details from the launch.
We didn't invest a lot in the promotion our new business model in total we paid $300 of ads and promotions and get 1 client. Other clients are our old customers who we worked on some projects in the past.

To make our company fully operated on subscription-based services we need monthly revenue over $45,000/m and we are still waiting for confirmation from 2 more customers.
Most importantly our customers are EXTREMELY happy with this new business model for the amount of work, quality, and speed.
I am always intrigued by the "Unlimited" proposal, as I was thinking about various iterations of productization myself - so a genuine question is - what is the limit to unlimited, and how do you communicate it to clients?
In Dev it says - unlimited requests, ok that is clear. So a client can request 50 things, but they will get them when they get them.
In Design it is unlimited designs in under 48 hours. How do you deal with clients who join and say - Hi, I need these 20 tasks for my 4 sites.
How do you setup the limit to unlimited? :)

In this first stage i didn't do much for marketing only outreach old clients, publish website on few landing showcases and portfolio promotion...
