Update: SupportBridge is now live in pilot with real teams

Hey everyone,

Two weeks ago I launched SupportBridge — a safe AI that helps small SaaS teams handle repetitive support emails without any risk.

Since then, I’ve moved out of early testing. The product is now live and several teams have started their 14-day free pilots.

How it works:
AI only replies using your own approved FAQs (verbatim)

Maximum 1 reply per ticket (no loops, no hallucinations)

Anything uncertain or sensitive → instantly escalates to you with full context

You always stay in full control

Early results are promising — teams are seeing 40-55% of repetitive emails handled safely.

I’m now looking for more serious SaaS founders who want to try it risk-free.

If you’re getting tired of answering the same onboarding, setup, billing or integration questions every day, I’d be happy to run a free audit of your last 50-100 support emails and show you exactly how much time you could save.

No sales pitch, no obligation — just the audit report.

Drop a comment or DM me if you want to join the pilot.

Looking forward to your feedback!

this resonates hard. the gap between having a product and having revenue is 100% distribution. what channel is working best for you right now?

@vemtraclabs Thank you so much! Really appreciate both comments.

You’re right — distribution is 100% of the game right now.
For me the best channel so far has been targeted LinkedIn outreach to SaaS founders + consistent posting here on IH. Every comment and conversation is adding up.

Building in public really is a long game, but comments like yours make it worth it.

If you’re ever dealing with repetitive support emails yourself (or know any founder who is), I’d be happy to run a quick free audit of their last 50-100 emails and show exactly how much time we can save. No pitch, just the report.

      Appreciate you taking the time!

building in public is a long game but the compound effect is real. every post, every comment adds to the footprint. keep going.
