Updated ux/ui and could use some feeback!

Hi everyone, I just finished a redesign of the app (ux and ui) and could really use some feedback. Would really appreciate your comments ❤️

Impressive black & white UI and some attractive illustrations

I'm actually trying to go to this website direction, would be great to hear your feedback regarding my little side project.

Curious, is your product launched already? @keyserfaty - would love to give a try!

Some parts of it are too low contrast. The icons in "Email marketing, but smarter" are nearly invisible! The "Getting started is easy" banner is hard to read as well due to the blob not having enough contrast with the white text.

Consider looking at the page load performance next. Landing page should not need a loading spinner. Currently it takes ~11 seconds for landing page to become interactive on fast internet connection. Imagine how it will feel for users with slow connection. Anything which takes more than 2-3 seconds creates negative feelings for the user. You could cut loading time by 8 seconds just by delay loading images which are not immediately visible and picking more appropriate sizes for them. You can shave another 0.3 seconds by delay loading all the 3rd party analytic scripts you have in there.

Landing page looks good, and your communication is pretty clear. You're missing a page title though - seems to be just your domain at the moment?

Also, it's not 100% clear what the use case is? When I first read it, it seemed like it's for sending marketing campaigns, but after looking at the recipes, it seems like it's actually for transactional emails to existing customers?

Some kind of user scenario(s) further up the page would make this much clearer.

I definitely have a problem with profiling my customers, I use Stripe, Mailchimp, GA but really don't understand much from these services – even basic stuff like profiling WHERE my Stripe payments are coming from is difficult without exporting CSV files.

I'm not sure if this is something you do, if so – would be nice to have some more examples of the kind of profiling you do on the landing page as the current example looks pretty similar to Mailchimp data.

I really like it! Super clean and straight forward. It's pretty easy to understand what the product does. The popover hot spots on the product screenshots are a nice touch, it took me a while to realize they existed. There is a sign up link in the faq that needs updated to the new url.

Looks like you are using Segment's Evergreen react design system for your web app? I'm curious to hear your thoughts on it, I haven't tried it yet.

It's pretty clear to me what it is, what it does, and the value proposition.

I've always been hesitant to use competitors names/logos on my site. I don't know IP law so acting out of ignorance and paranoia. Just something to think about.

    Hope that helps,
