I've just made some tweaks to the landing page for Crash Catch.
If you have any feedback it would be very welcome. You can check out at https://crashcatch.com
UPDATE
I've done another update to the landing page (14th May) taking on some of the feedback and fixing the issue on smaller devices and mobiles that I somehow missed wasn't displaying properly.
The padding of the elements is off, it feels too squished together.
The footer and pricing section needs work, if feels more like a wireframe than a design.
Feel free to add a secondary color for highlights.
Haven't checked, but not sure this would work elegantly on mobile.
Instead of almost identically structured screenshots, try showing just parts of the app, or more abstract images that represent the concept (take a look at segment.com)
You're going in the right direction, but there's still a lot to do.
Cheers
Ena
Thanks for the feedback Ena.
Is there any specific area of the padding you think is off, I do agree the descriptions of the screenshots in the blue could perhaps do with being a bit more spaced out.
I do plan on re-doing the screenshots and animations when I get a bit more time, but its definitely on my to do list.
It looks good overall, but there are a few things I'd modify:
Otherwise, looks very good! :)
Yea I'm going to have another rethink about the screenshots, don't know why I always seem to struggle with screenshots for some reason.
I'm annoyed I didn't notice the content doesn't lay out correctly on smaller screens, not sure how I missed that so will be fixing that ASAP.
Thanks for the feedback
Using a mobile the images are not centre.
The "Security" Nd 'Pricing" text over runs into next sections.
Thanks for pointing that out, how I didn't notice that myself though is slightly concerning.
Thanks for the feedback
Hey Chris!
My opinion: your screenshots are hard to read and (seem to) contain a LOT of information. I would rather have a zoom on one information than a small screenshot with 5 dashboards in it. I'm sure this is fine when using your product, but on your landing page I would change that.
On my computer (macbook 13") in Chrome, your "Pricing" heading is partially invisible because it's 50% on your dark blue background, 50% on your white background.
Other than that, I like that you animated the screenshots, I would recommend you do the same with the screenshots in the Hero section.
Yea I agree with the screenshots, I always seem to have a hard time with screenshots for some reason. I'll have another think about them, and it should be easy enough to add the animated screenshot on the hero
How I didn't notice the content doesn't display correctly on smaller screens I have no idea so will definitely be fixing that ASAP.
Thanks for the feedback
Looks like a great product with interesting features. My take:
For the rest, the product looks really good, i'm sure people will be tempted to try it out !
Thanks for the feedback.
Are you saying the "Stop replying on your customers reporting problems" needs to be a smaller font? I think at the moment its using an H2 tag.
The second point is a good idea, I do have a page that details that at https://crashcatch.com/languages which links to a separate page, but having that on the landing page would definitely make sense.
Agreed focusing on the active user analysis and crash analysis is probably more important to show first before the dashboard screen.
I have no idea how I didn't notice the content wasn't laid out correctly on smaller screens so be fixing that ASAP.
