Updating pricing in public in under 3 minutes

Hi IHs,
I've been experimenting with Billflow's pricing using our own product. Two months ago, we introduced new tiers that covered users from pre-revenue to $2m MRR. We soon realized that our larger leads only go through the sales pipeline and not the self-serve. So I've decided to simplify our pricing into two tiers instead of four.

In the spirit of build in public, I am going to update Billflow's pricing in public in under 3 minutes using Stripe Billing & Billflow (yes, we are dogfooding :)

Here is the list of changes we'd like to make to our pricing across the app:

👉 Remove our Rise & Enterprise tiers and simplify down to Launch & Scales tiers
👉 Update our Scale tier pricing to $290/mo instead of $400/mo
👉 Update feature list
👉 Apply to the website and in-app billing

It took me exactly 2 minutes and 16 seconds. Billing changes happen in Stripe and all UI changes happen in Billflow. Here is the video 👇
