Upgrading Notion Templates

I’m gearing up to launch a specialized Notion template in the coming weeks.

As it stands, it’s robust workspace for what my target audience will be able to do in it.

It can stand alone.

However, there are certain integrations I know i'd like to potentially add at a later date, post launch.

For anyone who has launched a paid Notion template, I'm wondering how you went about updating it for existing customers?

What obstacles did you find in trying to do this and how, if at all, were you able to find a way to work around them?

You need to set up the base architecture well. When you update, make sure you don’t make drastic changes to architecture, as if it’s a space that customers will be using heavily, they’ll have existing info that might be wiped out if they need to reduplicare the old template.

My updates are drag and drop enhancements. I send emails with changelogs so people can decide if they want to update it or not :)

@Janel maybe you have some insight into this?
