I’m Peter, a solo founder building UpStart, a tool that tells you where to launch and what to say when you get there.

Why I built it

• I spent more hours than I’d like to admit trawling spreadsheets of directories, subreddits, and review sites for my previous SaaS.

• Each platform had different rules, character limits, and audiences, rewriting pitches over and over felt like Groundhog Day.

• I wanted a single dashboard that ranks launch platforms by fit and spits out a ready-to-polish text for each one.

What it does today

- 170 manually-verified launch platforms (Product Hunt, G2, HN, etc.)

- Auto-generated title + description optimized for every site

- “Fit Score” so you know why Platform X is better than Platform Y for your product

- Progress tracker so you don’t double-submit or miss anything

- 3 recs totally free, no credit card, full list of all directories also free

How it works

1. Paste your product URL

2. Our scoring model matches you to platforms (B2B vs B2C, dev vs consumer, etc.)

3. We generate unique copy (editable) + checklist; you tick them off as you go or you can let us handle it
