What's a better way to engage your audience? Upvote vs like/heart? For simplicity let's assume both are anonymous.
What factors should you take into account when choosing one over the other? Does it even matter really?

    ‘Like’ has a social media stigma attached to it. If that doesn’t bother you, go for it.

    ‘Upvotes/Downvotes’ have an IH/Reddit vibe.

    My advice: come up with something new and create your own standard.

    Familiar is good, but it can also breed contempt.
