They have stopped accepting new users long back and I had mine got approved by someone I met on a forum For $80 .
He did it in an hour. He may can help you if you need.

Sure, I have been reading posts about it and 80% of them said that I should list just a few skills and to have like a niche.
So I decided to sell the fact that I can be a web and mobile designer.
Still too vague. Which exactly skills did you select? I don't remember how it works when you register but definitely there is a list of concrete skills you should list. Have you added them?
