US Market validation for Bio-Metric Time and Attendance system.

We saw a clear need from small and medium business in India, to get their bio-metric attendance online. The current machines are difficult to use and are offline. Difficult to setup and need a USB drive/LAN to get reports out. So we built metric-storm, easy to setup, one-stop hardware to cloud solution. https://metricstormattendance.com/

We are planning to launch it next month. All of our pre-lauch efforts for last 2 weeks were focused on India, we have ~20 leads from the local market.

What are your thoughts on this service being useful in US? Any tips on validating the need would be a great help. My Initial research suggests hourly work is part of the culture and this can be quite useful. Also since this has been a age old problem, with several software only approaches to do it, how useful can metricstorm be?
