US Tax Deadline Postpone To July 15
If you are a US taxpayer, please note that the following deadlines have been postponed to July 15th now.
- Q1 Estimate Tax Payment
- 2019 Tax Payment up to $1MM for individuals and $10MM for corporations
- 2019 Tax Return Filing Deadline (announced by Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin via Twitter this morning)

@bextol The federal corporate tax rate is no longer 39.1%, it's a flat rate of 21% now. In terms of sales tax, each state is different, I think Michigan's sales tax is 6%. Sales tax should be collected from the customers by the company and remit it to the states, so it's not an out of pocket expense for the business.
