One of the most underused tricks for building trust for a product is using ™-sign next to logos or product names.
You don't have to register to use ™ but look at how it immediately looks more professional and trustworthy.
™-sign's aim is to alert the public that you consider yourself the owner of the logo/name, so you're free to use it.
Do not use it in Germany, since it's the only country that considers such usage misleading and deceptive under Unfair Competition Law.
Please do not overuse it 😊

Yeah, but anyone who knows anything about trademarking and registering their product knows that TM is used when you don't want to or cannot register. So, to each their own.
I think it's safe to assume that "anyone who knows anything about trademarking" will be less than 1% of your audience, so I don't think it's a pressing concern.
And even when they are your audience, I don't think that it creates a bad impression of your brand, the worst that can happen is probably a neutral impression.
