Use value-based pricing to improve conversions

When we were working on the pricing chapter of our solopreneur eBook, I had to break down value-based pricing for my co-writer because she'd never implemented it!

These are 4 easy tips to put value-to-customer front and center and convert more prospects. It'll work for landings as much as sales calls.

Always speak to their goals

Your customer isn't really paying for whatever it is your product DOES. They're paying for the results. Keep the conversation couched in those terms.

Understand the "true value" of your product

Charge what you really want to, as long as you're prepared to back that up. Have numbers on what they can gain or save.

Avoid getting caught up in technical details

You may feel pressure to over-explain things. Do not; you're the expert in the room. Reframe to make things SIMPLER. Choosing your product should be an easy equation.

Appeal with options

People don't just care how MUCH they're paying. They care about how you're billing them, too.
