Using ChatGPT to summarise product feedback

Wanted to share a good use case I've found to simplify my workflow.

Reddit has been integral to my project https://blackandwhitefire.com in terms of getting amazing feedback from users in the niche for the free tool (personal finance & FIRE).

I was manually reviewing the responses that the community posted to each new release and it took a fair amount of time.

So I copied the whole thread, pasted it into chatgpt and asked for a summary and also a table with the features requested and the volume of requests and it has been such a time saving!

This could be applied to any unstructured forum to get a summary of the conversation.

Hope this helps others speed up these sorts of jobs.
