Using coding skills to make passive income: Everything I've learned from almost a decade of indie hacking

I recently gave the closing keynote at PyCon South Africa.

In it, I covered everything I've learned going from coder to indie hacker, with two goals:

  1. Convince people it's a viable career path.
  2. Help them do it.

Hope this helps some of you!

Loved this talk! I tried the big bang YOLO approach a few years ago and crashed and burned, so I really like your start slow method, transitioning from employment to full-time IH.
