Hello all
I am so glad I have found this website, it is already proven to be a goldmine of information.
I am in the process of building an MVP for a start-up called Motorworx Market.
Essentially it exists to collaborate high end car owners with trusted professionals who have a great variety of skills. This is going above your average high street car garage.
The car owners can post a job for free, where a professional can quote on their job. Professionals are reviewed from other users, helping build trust and transparency within the marketplace.
At the minute all I have is a Instagram account, with a measly 580 followers and a landing page designed for email capture with zero results :(
Car forums are a treasure trove of car owners and would like to use it to create awareness about the landing page.
How do I do this without spamming people, and sending out repetitive DM's before being blocked?
Interested to here if there are any successful forum based marketing tactics people use.
Thanks for your time
Sean
I have always found to just be genuine and don't force your product where it isn't wanted.
If someone is asking about where to get work done, you can suggest your app. If they are talking about something else, engage in the conversation but don't talk about your app.
Sound advice, I'll keep that in mind, thankyou.
