Using GIPHY api in a SaaS app?

I'm very curious, I'd like to use the free GIPHY API for my SaaS product, basically let the user add stickers, gifs, etc to their posts within my app.
given i charge a monthly fee for the use of my product. am i not allowed to use giphy in the way I've stated?
