Using Medium to announce SaaS product updates
So I started to write a help guide on the latest feature release of Curate. I soon realized that my writing was more like a blog post explaining the problem and presenting the solution. Naturally mixed in with that narrative was actually how to use the new functionality on Curate.
I decided to publish it on our blog and start a publication on Medium to house these types of releases.
Does anyone else have any good examples of other SaaS companies making releases in this fashion?
I hope you know what you're doing because in terms of SEO you probably want posts from your own website to be ranked as high as possible instead of posts from other platforms. And definitely don't rely on 3rd party platforms for blogging because you lose control in my opinion.
