Using notion to generate bills

Hey everyone !

I'm a fullstack dev who recently switched to freelancing, and like many of us here I am using notion to organize pretty much everything for my small business, and it's amazing !

However, I would like to be able to generate bills for my clients, rather than making them by hand on canva twice a month. Not bragging, but it starts to take time and the time optimization nerd inside of me feels there have to be a better solution. I use databases to follow how much I charge my clients and could automate this last step

How do you guys do ? Do you give up on having nice looking bills (they're just bills after all !) and just use a generated shared notion page to charge your clients ? Do you use something like pandadoc ? And if you're like me, do you think it would be nice to be able to generate nice looking documents from notion data ?

Hey Kiki, I published a video where I show how I quote my clients using Notion... May be helpful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WYUmZ5pD6Y&t=30s
