Using outsourced development agency

Has anyone had a positive experience with an outsourced development agency and would be happy for a quick chat (email or whatever works for you) about the pros and cons?

I have had some negative experiences and also positive. I worked with freelancers too. Concerning outsource I've been working with companies from USA, Australia, and Canada. But I had a limited budget so my friend gave me the advice to look for companies from Eastern Europe, particularly Belarus. So I did some research and chose one. And I didn't regret it, because rates were not that high in comparison to the USA, but the quality was exceptional.

If you have a long-running and difficult project, hiring an outsourced team of developers is a reasonable solution. Whether you don’t have the needed specialists onboard or aren’t sure about what the project should turn out to be in the end, collaborating with hand-picked outsourced experts can save your budget and time. There is an article on hiring an outsourced development team, that covers the pros and cons of this approach and some useful advice. Check it out, if you are interested.

I considered outsourcing with IT bpo companies after our in-house developer failed to accomplish its project. I’ve scouted different web development companies and I would say that I chose the right one. There are a lot of pros, it will save you a lot of money, quality was off the charts, and industry experts with innovative tools will take care of your operations.

I had a lot of negative and some ok experience. I sat both sides of the table, so I might be able to help you navigate if you tell a little bit more (here or in email as you prefer).
