Using surveys and net promoter score surveys for max impact

Hey masterminds :)

I'm looking for some guidance on "using surveys and net promoter score surveys to better position my beta product." I have an email list of +1000 and I want to survey them to better position my beta product for maximum value. If there is anyone that has done this successfully I would love to connect.
