UX Stack Guru - a complete set of tools for designers in their day-to-day UX process

Hey Hackers ๐Ÿ‘‹

Me and my friend have just released our new product called UX Stack Guru. It's a product for Figma/FigJam that helps UX designers, product managers, designs teams in their daily work without needing to use different tools, paying for multiple subscriptions, remembering logins, or switching between tools back and forth as everything is packed in Figma.

What problem does it solve?

I've been working as a UX designer for 15 years. One of the biggest problems I have encountered in my career as a designer is the fact that I design UI in Figma, but the entire process of creating UX from flowcharts through research to creating user journey maps takes place in external tools such as Axure, Miro, Overflow, Whimsical, etc. Each of these products is a different login, additional, often not insignificant costs, and each of them has a different style, making it difficult for me as a designer to achieve consistency during the creation process. Additionally, some of these tools have no collaboration with other team members, making the entire process even more complicated.

I created UX Stack Guru because I wanted to focus on a consistent process where I have everything at hand and in one place without the need to switch to other products, remember logins, or that I have to pay for another month's subscription.

How it has started...

It's been a long journey that has already lasted 10 years! In 2013, I started working on the first flow chart kit. In 2015, I released my first product dedicated to Sketch, called UX Flow. In 2018, I released the improved UX Flow 2.0 for Sketch and Figma. Both products have already exceeded 1 million downloads... that's right, over 1 million downloads of a relatively small flow chart creation product and now I'm releasing version 3.0 of this product https://uxstackguru.gumroad.com/l/gRflm (it's FREE of charge).

However, my appetite was bigger, and I had an idea for a product that not only allows to transfer the UX process to Figma but also solves problems I mentioned above, which I myself struggled with as a UX designer.

and that's how UX Stack Guru was created.

With UX Stack Guru, UX designers and project teams can create flow charts (both for mobile and desktop applications, simple and more complex ones), user flows, site maps, user story maps, empathy maps, personas, user journey maps, SWOT analysis, card sorting, dot voting, design researches, design briefs, lotus diagrams, product canvases, feature planning, feedback grids, and more in Figma with specially created components and templates. And in the future, we plan to add more elements to make the entire creation process even more efficient and engage AI, so designers will be able to automate the entire process even more.

We've also released a dedicated plugin for Figma/FigJam https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1205653626312349596/UX-Stack-Guru
