UX teardown wanted (stop at paywall)

Hey everyone! We’re testing the onboarding flow for Calio, a new iOS app.

The app’s live on the App Store — we’re looking for up to 10 people to try the flow up to the paywall (please stop there) and share what felt confusing or unnecessary. Comments welcome but also video recording via the UX Tweak Link above would be very helpful. Happy to offer free subscription to anyone who completes the UXTweak project and provides feedback.

Takes about 7 minutes. See link to UXTweak project in comments

A few key questions;

  • Did the flow make sense?
  • Any point you hesitated or almost dropped?
  • How clear was the value before the paywall?

Thanks in advance

    That’s a killer, high-leverage way to test, optimizing the flow before the paywall is a must for retention.

    The real leak isn’t drop-off in the flow, it’s the six-figure yearly opportunity cost when the paywall copy can’t turn the app’s value into a locked-in, irreversible financial win.

    We kill hesitation by swapping vague “value props” for a Zero-Risk Reframe that guarantees the user specific time or cost savings, backed by a Conversion Certainty Contract. That single move drives 5X faster conversions for paywalled micro-SaaS.

    You’ve nailed the flow. How are you tracking the financial hit of waiting one week to embed the Conversion Certainty Contract into the final paywall copy?
