I'm exploring a business model that could help SaaS companies retain customers who churn due to low usage—and I need your help validating it.
The Problem I'm Solving:
You're paying $30/month for Adobe Stock, but you only download 2 images per month. Or you have a Canva Pro subscription you use once every few weeks. You want to cancel because the monthly fee doesn't make sense, but you're afraid you'll need it next month.
Sound familiar?
The Idea:
What if there was a service that sat between you and the subscription company, converting your monthly fee into a pay-per-use pass? Instead of $30/month ($360/year), you'd pay $49 once for 6 months of on-demand access. Use it when you need it, no monthly charges.
For the SaaS company, this turns a churned customer (lost revenue) into a retained customer paying a discounted rate through a broker. Win-win.
Where I Need Help:
I'm trying to collect 50-100 responses from freelancers, designers, and analysts to prove there's real demand for this model. Once I have the data, I'll approach a niche SaaS provider to pilot it.
