Validating/building a prioritisation tool - free lifetime sub for beta volunteers

https://www.prioritise.io/

Hey fellow hackers,

I'm starting on a new side project to solve my own issues as an indie hacker, which I'm hoping to validate a market for - https://www.prioritise.io/

The Problem:

As an indie hacker I love simple tools like Trello for managing features but I find it really difficult to prioritise work when I have a stack of backlog cards to sift through. I'm familiar with ICE/RICE prioritisation techniques, they just feel clunky when dealing with digital boards and I don't want to pay enterprise prices for overly complex tools. I want to remain lightweight.

Validation / Beta:

If you are someone that can associate with this then I'd love to talk to you. I'm at the validation stage and just getting feedback on the essential things needed to make this SaaS-worthy. If it gets validated and built out I'll give you a life-time subscription.

I'm especially interested in talking to you if you are any of the following:

  • An indie hacker with this problem
  • A remote team with this problem
  • A small to medium size business/team with this problem
  • Have trouble establishing OKRs

Also welcome any feedback on the landing page, banged it together yesterday, lol

I hope you build this. Huge problem for me as well. I stopped using trello and similar tools simply because they collect so many things easily and it eventually becomes difficult to silf through.

Bonus feature would be if every now and then it asks me if an idea I added a while ago is still relevant. With trello it was a lot of work cleaning up old ideas. It'd be a lot easier to clean things up if I was asked about one old idea per day.

Anyway, I signed up. Will definitely help out!

Thanks so much, It seems like we're on the same page in terms of frustrations :) I will reach out to you soon on running through the idea and whether it's a viable product for you
