Validating my idea- will this work out in market?

Unless we get a bunch of drive by restauranteurs in this thread, I don't think anyone's advice here will validate or invalidate this idea. Why not take it to 20 local restaurants and ask them?

Thanks for the comment. Do you think it is worth to rebuild it now and create a mobile app and then go to the restaurants or just go with the idea and the video.
