Validation: AI assistant for every channel
Looking for an idea validation;
Leveraging a service such as IBM's Watson Assistant to create customized bots that can be used on websites / FB messenger / slack / custom integrations. This won't be a mere bot but rather a full blown AI service with automated discovery ability (e.g. Zendesk integration for a Customer Service center with the ability to lookup a Knowledge Base).
Do you have a scenario in mind that a search engine couldn't replicate?
Not really, which is what has me looking for the validation. Thinking of it more as being the middle-man for businesses willing to outsource that kind of need.
