Validation didn’t fail me. The handoff did.

While building VCV8, I kept noticing the same pattern.

Founders would do the work to validate an idea. They’d get data, signals, even a clear “this could work.”
And then… nothing.

Not because the idea was bad, but because validation ended without telling them what to do next.

I realized validation answers a comforting question: Could this work?
But founders are usually stuck on a harder one: What should I do now?

Until I started treating validation as the input to decision-making, not the finish line, I kept stalling too.

Have others here have felt that gap between insight and action, or if you’ve found a good way to bridge it?
