Validation of business idea

I'm hoping to get some feedback on my business idea. Let me know what you think!
I'm hoping to start a mobile app for jobseekers. This app will be different to others in that we will only show you jobs, not just based on your skills and experience, but also based on your workplace culture preferences. Very specific questions will be asked, and the data will be matched with the data we receive from recruiters/hiring managers to show you the right profiles. The idea is to avoid jobseekers having to sift through hundreds of jobs online, only to find out that none of them match their values. Or they join a company to realise that they don't quite fit in!
It's also a chance for recruiters/hiring managers to recruit on the go. It also saves the hassle of siting through 60 CVs to find that 59 of them don't fit their needs.
Quite a long description I know, but I just wanted you all to get the meaning behind the app.

Sounds like a cool idea, I get the feeling certain industries such as smaller media/digital companies etc would be a perfect area for this - around me these companies tend to emphasise their cultures more than others.
The only thing I would say is it sounds like you’re relying on the recruiters to fill in info about the employers culture and values? Would it not be easier to pull this info from glassdoor?

I would want the hiring managers to fill in the info yes. That would be part of their registration process. I just feel that Glassdoor won’t give me a true ides of what they offer staff, what their daily routines are (Wednesday pizza, Friday beers, weekly town hall etc). I’d want a true idea what what it is that they offer to staff and their values.
Thinking about it now, I’m actually possibly going to start this as a website!
