Validation: Updating business

I have had an idea for some time for small businesses. I live in a rural community (population 25k and we are the biggest city within 60 miles).

The Problem

A lot of small businesses around here, never have updated info on their website/social media accounts. They either don't care or don't have the time.

My Idea

Create a subscription based plan to generate X amount of posts for their social media accounts, X amount of blog posts for their website, and send them monthly reminders for new pictures/updated info, ect , and then update their site as well.

My Validation Idea

Setup a simple landing page with a description of what I would offer and a price. I would then try setting up a few campaigns with facebook & instagram. I would also try cold calling a few different types of businesses and keep track of things.

Any feedback on this idea or validation strategy is completely welcome, very new to all of this.
