VC/product person looking to partner with coder for side project

I'm looking to join a coder to work on one of their or my side project ideas. I am a non-technical person with 5 years of experience in venture capital, with a good grasp of product and growth. I am basically looking for more hands on operational experience on the micro level as so far I was always involved with high level strategy stuff at more mature startups.

Mostly interested in crypto / DLT, productivity tools and apps on top of existing ecosystems (like Shopify, Slack or Zoom).
