Vegetarian cheese search

This doesn't exist and I think it should, and welcome your thoughts. For background: lots of cheese isn't vegetarian, it includes enzymes taken from animal innards. That's a bummer for vegetarians, and the label is usually unclear. If you call or email a company, they'll usually tell you.

So my project is simple, a website with a search by product name or UPC, and build out a database over time by contacting various producers. Maybe in the future, could convert to an app and use a barcode scanner.

I can't find anything like this, and in this era of consumers demanding transparency, and greater interest in non-meat alternatives, I think it would find some interest.

No novel ideas about making money, I'm a bootstrapper so I'd focus on building a following first. But if people are using it, I would think there'd be an easy affiliate marketing opportunity.
