Velyr Update — a few weeks later

A lot has changed since this post, so wanted to share where things actually stand.

What I cut:

The free scan and full report are gone. The free scan had a real bug on SPAs (reading raw HTML before JS renders), and the report created a weird middle tier that confused people. Cutting both made the product cleaner and the positioning clearer.

What's left:

One thing: the Growth Agent. €29/month, 14-day trial, card required. Here's what it actually does:

  • Analyses your repo + analytics every week
  • Identifies the #1 conversion problem across your full funnel
  • Reads scroll depth and click behavior (not just pageviews)
  • Writes the actual code fix automatically
  • Opens a GitHub Pull Request
  • You reply YES or NO via Telegram
  • Auto-rollback if metrics drop after a deploy
  • Weekly summary on Telegram
  • Competitor weekly scan
  • Brand Guardrails — your rules enforced on every fix
  • Monthly roast report — brutal honesty on what's not working
  • Business DNA — learns your site over time
  • Public impact timeline (shareable)

What changed under the hood:

Rebuilt the agent architecture from scratch. Proper framework detection, import graph of your repo, ranks components by conversion impact, reads only the relevant files before writing a fix.

On the pricing question from my original post:

€29 stayed. The value isn't a one-time fix — it's a weekly compounding trail of measured changes with rollback. Still pre-revenue, still building.

If you're running a SaaS or e-comm store on a public GitHub repo, this is the point where it's actually worth trying.
